CEO, Chase Auto
Mark O’Donovan is the CEO of Chase Auto. He oversees strategy, sales, finance, risk, operations, marketing and technology. As a member of the Consumer & Community Banking Leadership Team, O’Donovan is the principal advisor to the CEO on autos.
Chase Auto is a leading provider of auto financing with a portfolio of more than $80 billion in assets and relationships with 75% of U.S. automotive dealers. The business is part of the JPMorgan Chase franchise and serves auto dealers, consumers and vehicle manufacturers. It offers a range of products and services to meet the financial needs of its clients from retail lending, captive financing and floorplan products to cash management, private banking and payment processing.
O’Donovan has been with the firm for more than 20 years serving in a number of roles. Most immediately, he was the Global Controller of the entire JPMorgan Chase franchise from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, he served in a number of business controller roles in New York, London and Singapore.
Before joining JPMorgan Chase in 1996, O’Donovan worked in the Audit and International Banking practice at Deloitte & Touche, where he became a Certified Public Accountant.
O'Donovan received a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Susquehanna University and lives in New Jersey with his wife and three children.
