CEO, Chase Auto Finance
Mark O’Donovan is CEO of Chase Auto Finance, one of the leading bank providers of auto financing in the country with a portfolio of more than $60 billion in assets and relationships with 75% of U.S. franchised automotive dealers. He is also a member of Chase’s Consumer and Community Banking leadership team.
Previously, O’Donovan served as firm-wide Controller of JPMorgan Chase. Before that, he was the Global Controller of the Investment Bank and from 2007 to 2010, he was the Global Controller for Treasury & Securities Services.
Prior to 2007, O’Donovan was the head of the Bank Regulatory Reporting group. Before that, he spent eight years in a number of business controller roles within the Investment Bank, during which time he was based in New York, London and Singapore.
Before joining J.P. Morgan in 1996, O’Donovan worked in the Audit / International Banking practice at Deloitte & Touche, where he became a Certified Public Accountant.
O'Donovan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Susquehanna University where he is a member of the Alumni Executive Board.
He lives in New Jersey with his wife and three children.
