Biography

Allison Beer is the chief executive officer for Chase’s Card & Connected Commerce businesses and a member of the Consumer & Community Banking leadership team.

Together, she and her leadership team manage our credit card franchise—the industry leader in sales—with more than 59 million active accounts as of December 2024—and Chase’s Connected Commerce business, where more than 73 million digitally active customers connect with relevant brands they love through Chase’s travel, dining, shopping and offers. Her team also leads all consumer and small business payments for JPMorganChase.

Prior to this role, Allison was Chase’s chief product officer, where she led the bank’s agile transformation and customer experience uplift, driving the design and experience for Chase’s more than 65 million digitally active customers on its website and mobile app at the time.

Prior to these roles, Allison was head of corporate development for banking and payments for JPMorganChase and negotiated new partnerships with tech giants and other major distribution platforms. Allison joined JPMorganChase in 2017 to lead payments partnerships and digital payment strategies.

Before joining the firm, Allison held executive roles at American Express, spanning digital partnerships, mergers and acquisitions and card benefits across Amex’s travel, consumer card and payment divisions.

Allison is a graduate of Yale University. She is also a member of the management committee of Early Warning Services, the owner and operator of the Zelle Network®, and is the 2025-26 chair of American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women New York City.
