Biography

Bori Cox is the Chief Financial Officer of Consumer & Community Banking, a business that serves more than 86 million consumers and 7 million small businesses in the United States.

Since joining JPMorganChase in 2011, Cox has held a number of leadership roles in Finance, including CFO and Chief Administrative Officer for J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, CFO of Consumer Banking and Business Banking, and head of Corporate Planning & Analysis. Cox also spent several years at Citigroup and Morgan Stanley in strategy, product and pricing roles and began her career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Cox is a member of the firm’s Women on the Move business resource group, and a member of the Aspen Institute’s 2025 Class of Finance Leaders Fellows. She also sits on the Julliard Council, whose members provide support and take an active part in performing arts education at The Julliard School in New York.

Cox graduated from the American University in Bulgaria, where she remains connected as a member of the school’s University Council, and earned a master’s degree from the London School of Economics. She lives in New York with her husband and daughter.
