Biography
Chris Henry is the Head of Strategy & Corporate Development for Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) at JPMorganChase and a member of the CCB leadership team. JPMorganChase is a leading financial services firm based in the U.S., with operations worldwide. Chase is the company’s U.S. consumer and commercial banking business and serves more than 86 million consumers and 7.4 million small businesses with a broad range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans and payment processing.
Chris is responsible for developing an integrated strategy for Chase to address the financial services needs of U.S. consumers and small businesses, including banking, investments, credit card, mortgage, auto and small business lending. He also oversees the corporate development team that actively explores partnership, joint ventures, acquisitions and strategic investments that have the potential to complement and strengthen CCB’s core businesses as well as new growth businesses being established by the firm.
Chris has been with JPMorganChase for over 30 years, holding senior leadership positions in product, pricing, marketing, risk and finance across multiple consumer businesses.
He most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Administrative Officer for Chase Home Lending. Previously, Chris was Chief Risk Officer for Home Lending and Consumer Banking at Chase as well as Head of Product and Marketing for Consumer Banking, CFO of Consumer Banking and CFO of Mortgage Originations.
Chris earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. He and his wife live in Ohio and have three children.
