Biography
Melissa Feldsher is the Head of Payments for Consumer & Community Banking (CCB). She is responsible for all CCB’s payment products, ranging from Zelle to embedded payments within digital wallets. Feldsher also manages CCB’s efforts to protect our customers from fraud and scams as well as Chase’s open banking business, supporting the connection of 25 million customers’ accounts to over 12,000 apps.
Feldsher has been with the firm for over 20 years. She has held many product leadership roles in her career and drove several innovative product launches, include Chase Pay in 4 and a new mobile bank offering. Feldsher has also had various senior roles in Strategy, Corporate Finance and Investor Relations.
Feldsher holds degrees from the University of Michigan and Columbia Business School. She resides in Manhattan with her husband and two daughters.
