Chase Offers makes it easy for customers to make their money work harder with deals from popular merchants

Debit and credit customers can now find offers right in their Chase Mobile app and merchants can directly reach Chase customers with deals

New York Nov 19, 2018 Just in time for the holiday season, Chase customers have a new, easy way to find deals and earn statement credits when shopping at their favorite retailers with the introduction of Chase Offers.

Starting today and on a rolling basis, customers who log into their Chase Mobile app will be able to get Chase Offers from more than 150 merchants including retailers, restaurants, and many existing Chase merchant partners.  Customers can select and add the offers they want through the app, so they can use them with their eligible Chase credit and debit cards.

To redeem an offer, customers simply use their card with the added offer to make a purchase at the selected merchant and automatically receive a statement credit. There is no need for registration, coupons or vouchers.

Merchants who participate in Chase Offers can directly reach millions of Chase consumer debit and credit card customers with deals to deepen loyalty or encourage trial. The Chase Mobile app is one of the most widely used financial apps with more than 32 million active users.

In addition to finding offers on the Chase Mobile app, customers also will receive personalized deals through email. Starting in December, they also will be available in the Chase Pay app.

“We are making paying with Chase more rewarding and simpler for our customers so they can keep more of their hard earned money when they shop at popular merchants,” said Abeer Bhatia, president, card marketing, pricing and innovation of Chase Card Services. “For merchants, it is an easy way to engage customers with great deals, while keeping checkout straightforward.”

Chase continues to invest in technology that allows customers to make payments and manage their money more easily. Customers can pay millions of merchants with the Chase Pay® app, deposit checks through Chase QuickDeposit, get cash through their phone’s mobile wallet at nearly all of its 16,000 ATMs, or pay friends and family through Chase QuickPay® with Zelle®.

To learn more, customers can download and use the Chase Mobile App or visit chase.com/chaseoffers for more info.
