J.D. Power Ranks Chase Highest in West for the Fifth Consecutive Year
The bank also ranks among the top three in the South.
New York, NY Oct 27, 2017 Chase ranked highest in customer satisfaction among small business owners in the West region, according to the 2017 J.D. Power study on U.S. small business banking. It’s the fifth year in a row that Chase has received the top ranking in the West.
Chase’s overall small business customer satisfaction score in the West was 819, rising 13 points from 2016 and 41 points above the region average. The West region covers 11 states including Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.
J.D. Power also ranks Chase third in the South. The South region covers South 16 states including Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, D.C. and West Virginia.

Chase received the highest numerical score among in the West region in the J.D. Power 2013-2017 U.S. Small Business Banking Satisfaction Studies. 2017 study based on 8,378 total responses among 25 banks, measuring the opinions of small business customers with annual revenues of $75,000-$10 million, surveyed June-August 2017.
