Miami HEAT and JPMorganChase enter into multi-year partnership

The Global Financial Company Becomes the Official Financial Services Partner of the HEAT

MIAMI, August 12, 2026— The Miami HEAT and JPMorganChase today announced a multi-year partnership, making the firm the Official Financial Services Partner of the HEAT and Kaseya Center. With more than 3,000 local employees and 2.4 million customers in South Florida, JPMorganChase will deliver new perks and enhanced experiences for HEAT fans at games and online.

Chase cardholders will enjoy exclusive benefits like early access to tickets and merchandise, free shipping on retail purchases, special savings in the arena such as $20 off every $100 spent and $5 off every $30 at concession stands, and a dedicated entrance at Kaseya Center for eligible cardholders.

“JPMorganChase is proud to partner with the Miami HEAT—one of the most culturally influential organizations in sports and a defining part of Miami’s global identity,” said George Acevedo, South Divisional Director of Consumer Banking at JPMorganChase. “This partnership strengthens our presence in Miami and South Florida and creates new ways for customers and fans to connect with the HEAT through premium experiences, hospitality, and benefits—while reinforcing our long-term commitment to Miami’s growth, culture, and community.”

Through new in-arena benefits and upcoming community activations, the partnership aims to deliver meaningful value to fans, customers, and the broader community. The collaboration will also introduce branded enhancements at Kaseya Center and advance programs that support local youth, strengthen financial literacy, and help build greater economic opportunity throughout South Florida.

“We want to be connected with businesses who not only believe in the HEAT, but Miami and South Florida as a whole,” said John Vidalin, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of the Miami HEAT. “For over 45 years, JPMorganChase has been a stalwart in this community with 410,000 small business clients and almost $2 billion in economic activity. There’s a lot of crossover with our fans and we’re excited to partner with JPMorganChase to deliver unforgettable experiences for our shared clientele not only locally, but nationally and internationally as well.”
