JPMorgan Chase Names Leanne Fremar Chief Brand Officer for JPMorgan Chase
New York, NY Sep 13, 2018 JPMorgan Chase (NYSE:JPM) today announced that it has named Leanne Fremar as the Chief Brand Officer for the firm, reporting to Kristin Lemkau, Chief Marketing Officer for JPMorgan Chase. She will join the company on September 24, 2018.
In this new role, Fremar will lead brand strategy for Chase, J.P. Morgan and JPMorgan Chase – regularly ranked among the most valuable and admired brands in the world. She will oversee branding, creative, advertising, content, video, consumer insights and employer brand. She will manage Chase’s internal agency “Inner Circle” and the company’s external agency partners. She will partner closely with line of business marketers throughout the company to build brand initiatives and product campaigns.

She has deep experience in social impact marketing and also in retail sales. Leanne joins JPMorgan Chase from Starbucks where she was its executive creative director for two years, leading global brand initiatives and creative campaigns. Prior to Starbucks, Leanne was the executive creative director at Under Armour Women’s business, and the architect of the company’s award-winning “I Will What I Want” campaign. Leanne has held leadership roles with other luxury fashion brands including Theory, Gucci, and Polo Ralph Lauren.
