Chase Freedom Flex Ranked #1 in Customer Satisfaction by JD Power
WILMINGTON, Del., August 2026—Chase today announced that Chase Freedom Flex has been ranked #1 in Customer Satisfaction among Bank Reward Credit Cards with No Annual Fee in the J.D. Power 2026 U.S. Credit Card Satisfaction Study. Chase Freedom Unlimited also ranked #3 within the segment.

- 5% cash back on popular rotating categories activated each quarter, on up to $1,500 in total combined purchases
- 5% cash back on travel booked through Chase Travel
- 3% cash back on dining at restaurants (including takeout and eligible delivery services)
- 3% cash back on drugstore purchases
- 1% cash back on all other purchases
