Nov 14, 2017 Face ID uses facial recognition software as another quick, convenient and secure way for customers to access the Chase Mobile App and manage their accounts.

Chase also was one of the first U.S. banks to offer Touch ID to sign into its mobile app.

As of the third quarter of 2017, Chase’s active mobile customer base surpassed 29 million – up 12 percent year over year.

Customers with a new Finn by ChaseSM mobile account, currently available in greater St. Louis, also will soon have access to Face ID using an iPhone X by the end of November.
