NEW YORK, May 28, 2026 — The Chase Mobile® app was named the #1 app among national banks for overall customer satisfaction in the JD Power 2026 U.S. Mobile Banking App Satisfaction StudySM.
The Chase mobile app enables customers to access all of Chase’s digital banking features in one place, delivering seamless experiences to nearly 63 million active mobile users.
