Chase Tops the JD Power 2026 Mortgage Servicer Satisfaction Study

Chase also ranks #1 for level of trust, digital channels, problem resolution, and keeping customers informed and educated.

NEW YORK, July 23, 2026— Chase ranked as the #1 mortgage servicer for customer satisfaction in the JD Power 2026 U.S. Mortgage Servicer Satisfaction StudySM. Additionally, Chase achieved the #1 ranking for level of trust, problem resolution, digital channels, and keeping customers informed and educated.

“We’re deeply honored to be recognized as the top mortgage servicer this year,” said Sean Grzebin, CEO of Chase Home Lending. “With Chase, customers know that their mortgage is backed by the full strength, stability, and resources of JPMorganChase. This ranking reflects the confidence and care our customers feel and tells us we’re doing something right.”

The JD Power Study ranks more than 30 of the country’s largest mortgage servicers and captures feedback from over 14,000 current homeowners across six study dimensions. This year’s ranking for Chase is up three places from the previous year, underscoring the impact of Chase’s dedication to providing personalized service and investing in digital capabilities that improve and enhance the customer experience.

Chase services over 3.6 million mortgages, with combined balances of $900 billion. Customer service specialists support over 2 million customers each year with personalized assistance. The firm has also invested in communications and technology, such as mobile alerts and personalized videos, to proactively communicate with customers about their mortgage so they’re empowered to make informed decisions.

“As a full-service lender, Chase is committed to helping customers achieve their goal of homeownership and sustain it, which is where servicing comes in” said Becky Griffin, head of servicing and support operations at Chase Home Lending. “We also recognize how important it is for our customers to have peace of mind. That’s why we’re continuously investing in innovation to make the process simpler, smoother, and more seamless. Whether a customer wants to manage their mortgage digitally, or with the assistance of a real person-we’ve got them covered.”

The Chase MyHome platform, launched in 2020, offers “all things home, all in one place” with digital tools for every step of the homebuying and homeownership journey. Chase customers can manage their mortgage digitally, see insights about their home, and gain access to resources to help them understand its value. Continuous enhancements to the platform are helping to drive customer engagement—since 2025, monthly visits have risen 76%.

At the end of 2025, Chase launched an enhanced Chase MyHome Mortgage Dashboard, delivering a more intuitive and personalized experience with account details, insights, and goal-setting tools. Since launch, approximately 50% of mortgage customers have already engaged with the dashboard. Within the platform, the savings calculator has emerged as a key driver of engagement, with nearly 400K customers using the tool in 2026 to better understand and model mortgage payoff scenarios—highlighting the value customers place on planning and financial transparency.

This recognition from JD Power is the latest milestone achievement for Chase. In May of this year, the Chase Mobile® app was named the #1 app among national banks for overall customer satisfaction in the JD Power 2026 U.S. Mobile Banking App Satisfaction StudySM. Chase was also recently named as “World's Best Retail Bank” by the 2026 Euromoney Awards for Excellence, a recognition of Chase's seamless customer experience across its unmatched branch network, digital tools, credit cards, home lending, auto financing, investment, and wealth management.
