Chase Ultimate Rewards Launches New Dining Hub Powered by Tock
Cardmembers can now redeem points for takeout, culinary experiences, farm fresh produce, and more. Plus, Sapphire cardmember points are worth more when redeemed for dining through Ultimate Rewards, including exclusive virtual events featuring all-star chefs
WILMINGTON, Del. – October 9, 2020 – Today, Chase Ultimate Rewards® unveiled a new dining hub, giving Chase Sapphire®, Freedom® and Ink® cardmembers one-stop access to connect with more than 4,000 restaurants and culinary experiences, including ordering takeout, with the exclusive ability to redeem points towards purchases. Powered by Tock, the leading global reservation platform, cardmembers can access Chase Dining SM through Ultimate Rewards online or through the Chase Mobile App. Additionally, Sapphire is adding to the long-standing Private Dining Series with the introduction of Sapphire at Home, featuring virtual events hosted by leading culinary tastemakers.
“With Tock, we’re bringing restaurants right to our cardmembers’ fingertips, with the added flexibility of being able to redeem points for the things they crave,” said Matt Massaua, Head of Ultimate Rewards and Loyalty Solutions.
Chase Dining Hub within Ultimate Rewards
Within Chase Dining through Ultimate Rewards, eligible cardmembers will have access to reservations and experiences across Tock’s network of restaurants, wineries, and culinary pop-ups in 200+ cities across the country. The hub will include new features from Tock including the ability to order takeout through Tock To Go, as well as access to farm fresh produce, meats and more via Tock Pasture, Produce, & Purveyors network.
“We’re excited to bring Tock’s one-of-a-kind culinary experiences to Chase,” said Tock CEO Nick Kokonas. "By offering the ability to easily order best-in-class meals and experiences, we're connecting our global hospitality network to Chase cardmembers in truly unique ways."
Cardmembers will have the option to pay for any purchase within the new hub by redeeming points, using their Chase credit card, or a combination of both. Plus, in addition to the 2x or 3x points Sapphire cardmembers earn on dining purchases, when redeeming points within the new Dining Hub, Sapphire Preferred points are worth 25% more and Sapphire Reserve 50% more, now through April 30, 2021—inclusive of the Sapphire at Home dining experiences.
Sapphire Private Dining Series Offers Virtual Events

Available for purchase or redemption, these virtual events will offer cardmembers exclusive access to culinary talent through demonstrations, intimate conversations, behind-the-scenes tours and more.
“Our cardmembers don’t just want to have a meal—they want to understand the story and inspiration behind it. The virtual extension of the Sapphire Private Dining Series is enabling them to connect with Chefs from across the country in new ways,” said Marleta Ross, General Manager of Chase Sapphire.
