Chase commits to closing customers on their new homes within 21 days or gives them $1,000 cash. This new offer gives Chase customers a competitive advantage when submitting an offer to buy a home, and financial peace of mind to sellers and real estate agents.

It’s available to any consumer who has a Chase checking account, credit card or car loan and are purchasing a home with a Chase mortgage. All the customer has to do is submit any financial documentation that Chase doesn’t already have plus a purchase agreement. Then, Chase will close the loan on or before the contract closing date or pay the buyer $1,000.
