Grand Ole Opry and JPMorganChase enter into multi-year partnership

The Global Financial Services Company Becomes Core Partner of the Grand Ole Opry

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Sept. 29, 2026) – Opry Entertainment Group LLC and JPMorganChase today announced a multi-year partnership agreement, making the firm the Official Partner of the Grand Ole Opry. As JPMorganChase continues to expand its presence across Tennessee, serving millions of customers through nearly 50 branches statewide, the partnership will bring special perks and enhanced experiences to Opry fans while further strengthening the firm's connection to Nashville and Middle Tennessee.

As the official bank, credit card and wallet partner of the Opry, Chase debit and credit cardholders visiting the historic venue will enjoy exclusive benefits like early access to tickets, exclusive seat access, savings and offerings at concessions, retail and daytime tours and access to post-show and private events.

“The Grand Ole Opry is more than an iconic music venue. It's the most famous stage in country music history and a cornerstone of Nashville's culture and community, known for launching legends and hosting iconic names in all genres of music today," said Lauren Carnicelli, Chair of JPMorganChase’s Market Leadership Team in Tennessee and Middle and East Tennessee Market Executive for Commercial Banking. "As our presence in Tennessee continues to grow, we're proud to deepen our investment through this partnership. From expanding access to banking services to creating local jobs, we’re committed to Nashville and look forward to creating unique experiences for Opry fans.”

Chase will also serve as the Presenting Partner of Opry Encore, a new series of intimate post-show performances held in the Circle Room of the Opry House. Each event will feature a private, one-hour performance and an interactive Q&A session with a featured artist, giving fans a unique opportunity to connect more closely with the music and artists they love. Chase debit and credit cardholders will enjoy exclusive access to these experiences, including dedicated seating and special artist merchandise.

The announcement follows Chase Sapphire Reserve’s “Dinner at the Opry” event this spring with Ella Langley, where Sapphire Reserve cardmembers enjoyed an exclusive on-stage dining experience and an intimate performance. Part of Sapphire Reserve’s “Dinner On…” series, the event reflects Chase’s commitment to delivering unique access at iconic venues. Through this expanded relationship, Chase will create even more opportunities for customers to experience the Opry and the moments that make it special.

"We are proud to partner with JPMorganChase to bring exclusive Grand Ole Opry experiences to its cardholders and create new opportunities for people to visit the Opry," said Patrick Moore, CEO of Opry Entertainment Group. "For more than 100 years, the Opry’s purpose has been to bring artists and fans together and create unforgettable moments through music. We value partners who share our commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences while also making it a priority to give back to the communities we serve. We look forward to working alongside JPMorganChase to bring these shared values to life through this new partnership."

As part of a shared commitment to giving back to Middle Tennessee, Chase will also serve as a supporting sponsor of the annual Opry Community Day. This special initiative opens up the legendary venue to Tennessee residents, offering free Opry House backstage tours and an all-day plaza party filled with live music and family-friendly activations to create a welcoming gathering space for the local community.
